Summary of Standardization

The Company has been certified with ISO 9001:2015 since 2004 by United Registrar of Systems Ltd. (URS), in recognition of its implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) in the provision of internet data and cable TV services.

In 2022, the Company migrated its certification body from United Registrar of Systems Ltd. (URS) to PT British Standards Institution (BSI) Group Indonesia. Subsequently, in 2025, the Company was recertified by PT BSI Group Indonesia in recognition of its implementation of QMS in The provision of wired telecommunications activities, internet service provider (internet access services), Connection & ICT Solution (Communication System services), internet interconnection services (NAP) and other multimedia services.

The Company has obtained International Standard Operation certification for ISO / IEC 37001:2016 in 2023 from PT British Standards Institution (BSI) Group Indonesia as recognition of Anti Bribery Management System regarding the provision of internet provider and cable TV sevices with activities including Procurement, Business Process Improvement, Finance & Accounting and Internal Audit function at Head Office.

The company has obtained International Standard Operation certification for ISO 14001:2015 in 2019 from PT British Standards Institution (BSI) Group Indonesia as recognition of Environmental Management Systems (EMS). 

In 2025, the company has extend the scope of EMS from the provision of internet data provider and TV cable services to The provision of wired telecommunications activities, internet service provider (internet access services), communication system services, internet interconnection services (NAP), other multimedia services, and satellite telecommunications activities.

The company has obtained International Standard Operation certification for ISO / IEC 45000:2018 in 2022 from PT British Standards Institution (BSI) Group Indonesia as recognition of Occupational Safety & Health Management System regarding the provision of Head Office for internet data provider and TV cable services.

In 2025, the company has extend the scope of OHS from the provision of internet data provider and TV cable services to The provision of wired telecommunications activities, internet service provider (internet access services), communication system services, internet interconnection services (NAP), other multimedia services, and satellite telecommunications activities for head office activities.

The company has obtained Government Standard certification for Occupational Safety & Health Management System from Indonesian Minister of Employment of the Republic of Indonesia as recognition related to implementation of Occupational Safety & Health for Link Net in accordance with PP No. 50 Year 2012.
