PT Link Net Tbk (“Linknet”) is running business in the high-speed broadband internet service provider business in Indonesia, and also enters into cooperation with PT First Media Television as paid television service provider.
Linknet is committed to apply the standard-based Integrated Management System standard ISO 37001:2016 for the provision of data provider and tv cable internet service for Business Process Improvement function in office center, ISO 9001:2015 for provision of internet data provider and cable TV services, ISO standard 20000-1:2018 for IT & Services Service Management System in providing Subscribers Management System Service in Linknet, ISO standard 27001:2013 for Operational Data Center to support the Subscribers Management System Service, and ISO standard 14001:2015 for the provision of internet data and cable TV services, ISO standard 45001:2018 for the provision of data internet and cable TV services at the head office and PP Number 50 of 2012 for Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standard (SMK3).
- Providing corporate governance that supports the achievement of the company’s anti-bribery objectives and the implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles;
- Implementing and developing the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with applicable regulations and standards;
- Upholding a commitment to comply with the code of ethics, professional responsibilities, and the effective development of competencies;
- Prohibiting any form of bribery and similar practices within the company;
- Aligning anti-bribery policies with the company’s objectives;
- Ensuring commitment to fulfilling the requirements of the Anti-Bribery Management System;
- Promoting increased anti-bribery awareness among relevant stakeholders;
- Implementing the principles of continuous improvement within the Anti-Bribery Management System;
- Granting responsibility, authority, and independence to the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP);
- Imposing strict sanctions on violations of the Anti-Bribery Management System policy;
- Realizing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of goods and services procurement processes by applying sustainable process principles;
- Providing the best, high-quality, highly consistent, and environmentally friendly services;
- Delivering information technology services within an internationally standardized service catalogue aligned with user expectations;
- Ensuring information security to safeguard data and information;
- Providing an environmentally friendly workplace to support environmental preservation and prevent environmental damage or pollution in accordance with the organization’s context;
- Providing a safe, healthy, respectful, and responsible work environment to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and to foster a synergistic workplace culture;
- Applying risk controls through target measurements and corporate programs to achieve integrity, sustainable goods and services procurement, customer satisfaction, quality technology services, information security, and to minimize hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks as well as environmental security risks;
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations related to anti-bribery, procurement of goods and services, quality, service performance, technology, information security, environmental sustainability, and occupational health and safety;
- Communicating company regulations, provisions, and policies, and facilitating communication and participation from relevant parties;
Regularly monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement to ensure ongoing relevance and suitability for the organization.
This Integrated Management System policy applies to all employees and stakeholders within Linknet. It is documented, communicated, maintained, and periodically reviewed in accordance with changes in legislation, technology, processes, or other relevant factors to ensure continual enhancement.
