Support the Corporate Culture & Engagement (CCE) team in developing high-quality visual content for Employer Branding purposes, including managing content for platforms such as @lifeatlinknet on Instagram and PT Link Net Tbk on LinkedIn, as well as for Culture & Engagement programs.
Contribute to the Culture & Engagement team's efforts by assisting with content ideation, visualization, and design execution.
Provide support to the CCE team in planning and executing corporate events, programs, and activities.
Collaborate with the CCE intern to create engaging content, including capturing and documenting moments during company events.
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and advancements in design software.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong creative and artistic skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with web design and video creation (optional, but a plus).
A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
