1. Assist in collecting and cleaning employee data from various sources.
2. Process data using Excel or Google Sheets to create basic reports.
3. Create simple data visualizations (charts, tables) to display trends and patterns.
4. Help analyze data related to employee turnover, attendance, productivity, and engagement.
5. Support the team in preparing clear and understandable reports for management.
1. Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Statistics, Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or other related disciplines).
2. Basic data analysis skills – familiar with Excel or Google Sheets, SQL and Phyton as poin plus.
3. Good communication skills – able to explain analysis results clearly and simply.
4. Interest in HR and data-driven decision-making.
5. Preferred: Basic experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
