Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with leading solution providers or potential partner (technology vendors, service providers, system integrators, etc.) that align with the company's strategic goals, driving growth and innovation in product and solution offerings
Lead the solutions & technical function, and collaborate with pre-sales function and sales function to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure ongoing collaboration and value creation, and also seamless integration and delivery of partner solutions
Negotiate partnership agreements, monitor partner performance to ensure alignment with standards and timelines
Communicate partnership strategies and outcomes to senior leadership and other relevant parties
Work closely with the product management team to integrate partner solutions into the company's overall product portfolio
Ensure that partner solutions complement and enhance the company's offerings, addressing market needs and expanding the value proposition to customers
Collaborate and joint GTM strategies and campaigns with partners
Prepare and present partnership proposals and performance reports to executive leadership
Support sales teams by equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to successfully sell partnered solutions
Manage the budget for the solution partnership by ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals
Manage budgets related to partnership activities and ensure that investments deliver a strong return
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles
Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud services, software, and emerging technologies
